The Chance

As a Client Partner at Inlight, you’ll be at the heart of our client experience, driving strong, strategic relationships and ensuring our clients receive exceptional value at every stage. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them navigate complex digital challenges while uncovering opportunities for growth.

You’ll work closely with our delivery, strategy, design and engineering teams to ensure projects run smoothly, deliver measurable outcomes, and strengthen long‑term partnerships. This role blends commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship management, all while contributing to the growth and evolution of our business.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client priorities and drive business growth
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support new business efforts
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard
- Translate broad business and marketing goals into clear, actionable digital strategies
- Lead internal collaboration, aligning cross‑functional teams on client objectives and expectations
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients and internal teams
- Support and coach team members in client management and commercial excellence

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience managing and growing client relationships in a digital agency or consultancy environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate client goals into strategic outcomes
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
- A deep understanding of digital, from strategy and delivery to emerging technologies and trends
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on involvement and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills; calm and composed under pressure
- A collaborative mindset – able to motivate, inspire and work effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and business impact
