**Some of your responsibilities will include**:
- Lead the annual development of the forward planning program (TSPP Formulation) in collaboration with TMR Delivery Areas and other TMR Investment Programs, including the development of a prioritised program relative to funding levels.
- Implement and maintain program management principles of the TSPP, including facilitating the development and review of the Program Blue Print, development and implementation of the program's governance and prioritisation framework.
- Lead and/or contribute to strategic transport projects and programs across the state, ensuring that all planning is undertaken in a multi-modal, integrated, affordable and value for money context.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, to align planning, investment and governance for the development of intergovernmental programs and partnerships.
- Represent the department at meetings, forums and relevant working groups on strategic transport planning issues.
- Prepare complex ministerial correspondence, program reports, presentations, briefing notes, submissions and other general correspondence.
- Contribute to the positive working environment of the division, including participating in ongoing business improvement processes and mentoring staff members to develop and promote best practices, continuous improvement, knowledge-sharing and positive team culture.
- Lead and manage a team, actively participating in performance conversations to build and support the professional development of staff.

- Leadership experience on the successful delivery of large and complex transport system investment programs
- Experience in program management and governance processes
- Understanding of transport infrastructure strategies and plans and delivery of transport planning projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, collaborating across multiple business areas and with external agencies
- Experience leading high performing multi-disciplinary teams, driving a culture that values diversity and embraces change
