Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering timely and effective customer service support
* Providing assistance for server, workstation, application, and Microsoft 365 environment issues
* Liaising with users, suppliers, software, and hardware vendors to ensure optimal client outcomes
* Ensuring end-to-end ownership of support requests with regular updates
* Documenting all actions and resolutions in our ticketing system
* Contributing to client documentation and knowledge base articles for common issues
* Escalating to senior team members when required
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in IT Support
* Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, desktop operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, RDS, VOIP Telephony
* Experience using ticketing systems
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation
* Customer-centric approach
* Ability to work under pressure in time-critical scenarios
* Current C class driver's license and own car
