As a Construction Supervisor within the Renovations team at Summit Homes Group, you will oversee multiple residential renovation projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to Summit's high standards of quality.
Working closely with management, trades, and internal teams, you will coordinate day‐to‐day site operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors throughout the construction journey.
Key responsibilities include managing site activities across multiple projects, coordinating trades and materials to meet construction schedules, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and quality expectations. You will also play an important role in supporting and developing reliable trade networks while providing clear project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to a proactive supervisor who takes pride in delivering high‐quality renovation outcomes and positive customer experiences.
About You
You are an experienced Construction Supervisor with a strong background in residential renovations and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You lead confidently on‐site, communicate effectively with trades and clients, and maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery outcomes.
You will bring:
* Proven experience supervising residential renovation or construction projects
* Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and safe work practices
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to coordinate trades, schedules, and project timelines effectively
* Strong problem‐solving skills with a practical, solutions‐focused mindset
* A current C Class Driver's Licence (essential)
* Trade qualification or Diploma of Building & Construction (preferred)

Where you'll be working
This role will see you working across renovation sites located throughout the Perth metropolitan area, overseeing projects on‐site while being supported by our experienced Renovations team based at Summit Homes Group's Head Office in Myaree.
Our Myaree office provides a modern, collaborative environment where supervisors are supported by construction leadership, administration, and scheduling teams to ensure projects run smoothly from planning through to completion. You'll benefit from strong operational support while maintaining autonomy across your allocated renovation projects in the field.
