Quality, Care & Compliance Officer - Aged Care Standards and Act

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Quality, Care and Compliance Project Officer to assist in the implementation of the new Aged Care Standards and Act. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the implementation of projects aligned with the new Aged Care Standards and Act.
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote understanding and compliance with the new standards.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of projects, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Provide training and support to staff and stakeholders on the new standards and requirements.
About You
* Relevant qualifications in project management, aged care, health, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting projects within the aged care or health sector.
* Knowledge of the Aged Care Standards and Act (or ability to quickly develop expertise in this area).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
* Proficiency in report writing, data analysis, and project documentation.
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
We are hoping you’ll join our fantastic Whiddon family at Glenfield on a fixed-term 6-month contract basis.
