Working in an Agile environment, you'll play a key role in shaping product outcomes, supporting continuous improvement, and delivering value for advisers and clients.**Responsibilities:*** Partner with Product and Technology to gather, define and translate business and technical requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria* Collaborate with developers, testers and architects to ensure high‐quality solutions are delivered as intended* Support backlog refinement, prioritisation and delivery within an Agile environment* Investigate and resolve issues raised by Operations and Client Support teams* Validate solutions through UAT and production verification, ensuring data accuracy and quality* Provide production support as required, including incident troubleshooting* Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement* Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in analysis, documentation and solution design**Requirements:*** Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services, fintech or a related industry* Strong domain knowledge across investment portfolios, reporting, calculations and platform-based solutions* Experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, SAFe or similar)* Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, practical solutions* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and analytical skills* Comfortable working with AI tools and interested in applying AI to improve analysis and delivery* Highly organised, detail‐oriented and able to manage competing priorities* Collaborative, proactive and aligned with HUB24's values and ways of working**The Recruitment Process*** Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.* Our Talent team will start reviewing your application.
