Our client is a well-established, nationally operating organisation providing technology-enabled services across transport, payments, and customer support. With a strong reputation for innovation and sustained growth, they continue to set the benchmark within their industry.

As the organisation continues to evolve and invest in its people strategy, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and enjoys partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end Talent Acquisition role managing a diverse national portfolio. Operating as a standalone TA, you'll have the autonomy to shape hiring approaches, provide market insight, and deliver an engaging candidate experience that reflects the organisation's values and ambition. You'll also contribute to broader HR initiatives and recruitment-related projects, suited to someone who brings a practical mix of strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage full-cycle recruitment across a varied portfolio nationally, from junior through to senior hires.
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and hiring strategies.
* Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and direct outreach.
* Review, shortlist, and interview candidates using structured assessment methods.
* Support workforce planning, role prioritisation, and hiring forecasts.
* Contribute to employer branding activity and candidate engagement initiatives.
* Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
* Ensure compliance with hiring policies and best-practice recruitment standards.

You'll have:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in an in-house talent acquisition function.
* Proven sourcing capability across technology, white-collar and blue-collar portfolios, with confidence managing multiple concurrent roles
* Excellent stakeholder management and consultative communication
* A data-informed approach to recruitment decisions
* Knowledge of current recruitment tools/ATS systems
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
