We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations at multiple Kwinana locations. This role is suited to a trade-qualified professional (ideally sheet metal, insulation, project engineering or similar) with experience in coatings and/or scaffolding within a high-risk industrial environment.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the single point of accountability for the client, overseeing maintenance delivery, ensuring safety compliance, and driving performance on site. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to grow the business and expand service offerings.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise maintenance teams across site
* Act as the primary client interface, ensuring strong communication and delivery
* Manage day-to-day operations in a high-risk environment with strict safety compliance
* Identify and develop business growth opportunities
* Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors
* Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
About You
* Trade-qualified (preferred – sheet metal, insulation, or related disciplines Engineering)
* Experience in coatings and/or scaffolding highly regarded
* Proven experience in a maintenance or shutdown environment within heavy industry or operational processing plants.
* Strong understanding of safety systems and high-risk work environments
* Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
* Commercial mindset with the ability to grow and expand client base
* Estimating base knowledge
* A history of building, sustaining and growing client relationships.
