This role is designed for a mature professional from a luxury hospitality or premium service background, with a refined sense of discretion, presence, and attention to first impressions. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a gracious, composed, and refined welcome to members and guests
* Maintain an elegant and attentive presence at the Sandstones Club entrance
* Manage access in accordance with strict privacy, security, and membership protocols
* Respond to enquiries with clarity, discretion, and professionalism
* Anticipate needs while maintaining appropriate boundaries
* Observe, assess, and report matters of importance with sound judgement
* Consistently uphold the standards, values and brand reputation of The Sandstones Club
About You:
* Mature, impeccably presented and confident in manner
* Proven experience in luxury hospitality, private members clubs, high-end residential, concierge, or premium service environments
* Naturally poised, calm and personable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and sensitivity
* A deep appreciation for discretion, privacy and elevated service
* Physically capable of standing for extended periods and working rostered shifts
* Prior doorman or security experience is advantageous, though not essential for the right individual
