**About the role**
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Employee retention and relations
- Performance management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, and regulations.
- Liaison with referral sources, staff members, and clients as needed.
- General duties: assist with WC, audits, maintain inboxes, and administrative tasks
- On-call on a rotating roster
**About you**
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR or similar; working towards or completion of an HR qualification is advantageous
- Understanding of the SCHADs and Nurses award, ensuring compliance
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong professional communication and customer service skills
- Developed time-management skills with the ability to multitask to meet competing priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- The ability to use initiative, work independently and collaboratively
**Essential**:
- Current Australian National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Valid driver's licence
- NDIS check or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility and a can-do attitude
- A genuine and caring approach
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
