About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Coordinator to provide essential support to our product management and residential sales teams.
Reporting to the National Product Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting product launches, supplier management, and assisting with sales initiatives.
The role includes:
* Supporting product launches, market research, and random product testing
* Preparing and analysing sales and product reports, providing actionable insights to the team
* Maintaining showroom presentation standards and preparing product samples
* Assisting with conference and event preparation
* Monitoring aged and excess stock
* Responding to product-related enquiries from sales reps and suppliers
* Assisting with client presentations and internal documentation
* Working closely with other teams across the business.
About You

In addition, the following skills and attributes are required:
* Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with suppliers, sales, and product teams
* Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
* A great attention to detail
* Experience with reporting/business systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) desirable
* Flooring, interiors, or related industry experience advantageous, but not essential
* Bachelor of Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred, but not essential
