Looking to start or grow your career in IT support? We're seeking an Associate Service Desk Analyst to join a supportive IT team environment where you'll build your technical skills while delivering high-quality support to end users.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, helping people, and working across modern Microsoft environments. An active NV1 security clearance is required.
What you'll be doing:
• Providing first-line IT support via phone, email, and service management tools
• Logging and resolving incidents, service requests, and technical issues
• Supporting users across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
• Installing and configuring hardware and software
• Escalating complex issues to specialist technical teams when required
• Contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous service improvement
What we're looking for:
• Current NV1 security clearance (essential)
• Interest in IT support or Service Desk environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
Contract: 12 months
Location: Canberra
