Qualifications
* MUST HAVE a forklift license.
* Current driver's license.
* Good English communication skills with supervisor, fellow team members, and customers.
* Physically fit and healthy.
* Ability to follow procedures and directions from the Warehouse Manager.
* Previous working experience in a warehouse environment.
* Previous experience using RF scanners.
* Show initiative in assigned tasks and attention to detail.
* Time‐management skills to adhere to multiple dispatch cut‐off times.
* Automotive knowledge an advantage from previous industry or personal experience.
Duties / Responsibilities
* Accurately pick and pack orders of a high volume for dispatching.
* Kit assembly for packing and dispatch of pick slips (suspension kits).
* Manual handling of stock boxes, including heavy lifting.
* Unloading and loading of trucks.
* Pallet stacking/sorting and strapping/wrapping pallets for dispatch.
* Receiving and receipting invoices.
* Assisting other team members when required in different areas.
* General warehouse duties, including housekeeping of the dispatch area.
* Operation of a counterbalance / high‐reach forklift.
* Unloading containers.
