Indirect Tax Leadership Opportunity

You'll be working across federal and state-based taxes, including GST, stamp duty, land tax, fuel tax credits and more. If your experience leans more heavily toward either GST or state taxes, you'll still be considered - what matters most is your depth of technical knowledge, client presence and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advising clients on indirect tax matters
• Leading engagements across federal and/or state-based taxes depending on your expertise
• Managing and growing relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to add value
• Contributing to internal training, development and team leadership
• Working cross-functionally with other service lines to deliver a seamless client experience
• Building a pipeline of work through your existing network and business development efforts
• Driving thought leadership and elevating the team's presence in market.
Requirements:
• At least 6 years of experience in indirect tax (GST or state taxes)
• Background in professional services, law, ATO or state-based revenue office
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Law or related discipline
• Proven ability to advise, manage and grow client relationships
• Commercial thinker with strong technical acumen
• Mentor and team leader with a collaborative, professional style
• Confident communicator with a strong sense of ownership.
