About the role
Join CSR's high-performing Exterior Systems team and drive growth across our leading brands - Cemintel, Hebel, Monier and PGH Bricks - trusted by builders, architects and homeowners nationwide.
We're seeking a Key Account Manager to take ownership of a major builder portfolio across Southeast QLD (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Ballina and Lismore), managing accounts valued at over $20M while unlocking new growth opportunities across our full product suite.
Based in Darra and reporting to the Residential Sales Manager, this is a rare opportunity to for a savvy account manager with the confidence to build relationships at the highest level with the backing of a market leader and a collaborative, high-energy team.
What you'll be doing:
* Develop and execute growth plans with major builders and contractors to increase revenue across Cemintel, Hebel, Monier and PGH.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Tier 1 residential builders
* Manage an existing portfolio while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer success.
* Provide insights on competitor activity, market trends and pricing to maintain our competitive advantage.
* Deliver on account and territory budgets, ensuring sustainable growth and market share.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience in account management or business development (ideally 5+ years).
* Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence commercial outcomes.
* Experience managing large customer portfolios or significant revenue budgets.
* A team-oriented approach - you value collaboration and are solutions-focused.
* Ability to interpret technical products and confidently present to stakeholders.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
