Guest Services Professional
We are seeking a reliable Guest Services Professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high cleanliness standards in our hospitality venue.
This is a part-time role with rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays, approximately 20-25 hours expected weekly.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain the highest level of cleanliness throughout the property with attention to detail.
* Provide exceptional service to guests ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements:
* Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not essential.
* Customer-focused and physically fit.
