About the role
You’ll join a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with our clients across industries including hospitality, commercial property, earthmoving and transport.
This role offers the opportunity to manage an existing portfolio while continuing to grow your skills and career in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
* Manage and service an existing client portfolio
* Provide tailored insurance advice and solutions
* Negotiate policy terms and outcomes with insurers and clients
* Deliver outstanding customer service to retain and grow relationships

About you
We’re looking for someone motivated, organised and excited about building a long-term career in insurance broking.
You’ll bring:
* Tier 1 or Tier 2 Insurance Broking qualification
* Strong understanding of insurance products, policies and regulations
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* High attention to detail and confidence using computer systems
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* A proactive, self-motivated approach and strong work ethic
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
