About the role
As a Regional Manager Agribusiness you will lead our team of Agribusiness Relationship Managers and Assistants across WA. You will be responsible for establishing sales strategies for your region and ensuring those strategies are understood and well executed by your team.
This is not your average Regional Manager role. You will have seat, and more importantly a voice, on the Agri Senior Leadership Team table where we will encourage you to challenge the status quo.
This is a full time permanent role which can be based anywhere in WA. There will be travel across WA and the package will include and a car or car allowance. We work flexibly at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank and hybrid ways of working are core to how we operate today.
About you
Our Regional Managers have ambition to grow themselves and stretch into strategic development opportunities.
**Key to your success will be your approach to leadership**: We are looking for a proven sales leader with the ability to tap into what motivates people and inspire them to achieve outcomes. You can support your team through change and come out on the other side with an engaged and collaborative crew who are committed to adopting successful sales operating rhythms and who have our customers front of mind in everything they do. You invest in your people, providing mentoring and coaching to further their development and progression. You are also able to provide timely feedback and support when it's needed to ensure performance outcomes are achieved.
**You will also be hands-on**: developing and expanding relationships with key Bendigo and Adelaide Bank staff, decisions makers and industry bodies as well as with major borrowers. Guiding your staff through the highly complex deals.
You have a strong performance focus, establishing a culture built on accountability and achieving outcomes in a way that is true our values. You have the ability to deliver growth whilst balancing this with the Bank's risk appetite.
Experience and knowledge of agribusiness banking is highly regarded, but not a deal breaker if you bring experience in commercial lending, or retail banking with the capability to deal with complex deals and clients.
