We are looking for a
**Head of Customer Experience** to join the Customer Experience team. The team is responsible for managing the LEAP Beta program and ensuring that product owners and developer stay connected to our clients through regular contact and visits to the offices.

**What will you be working on as the Head of Customer Experience?**
- Recruiting LEAP Clients to the LEAP Beta
- Managing the LEAP Beta and clients in the program
- Arranging and attending client visits with Product Owners and Developers
- Driving strategic initiatives in line with company goals

**What experience do you need to become a Head of Customer Experience at LEAP Dev?**
- Strong knowledge of LEAP and its products
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build relationships
- Previous leadership experience and ability to drive strategic decisions
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads
- Previous experience in a Customer Experience type role is highly regarded
- Understanding law firms and the industry is an advantage.
