Culinary Team Member Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Culinary Team Member to join our team in the kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare cold foods and ingredients for cooking (weighing, measuring, mixing, portioning, chopping, and storing food)
* Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists, establishing priority items
* Monitor food quality while preparing food
* Serve food in proper portions onto dishes, plates, mugs, and bowls, ensuring proper plate appearance
* Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
Requirements:
* Minimum Certificate 3 in Cookery
* I'm Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
* Unrestricted working rights for Australia
