About the Job

This role is responsible for leading AMSANT's HR operations and strategy, ensuring compliance, engagement, and alignment with organisational values and strategic goals. The successful candidate will be a people-first leader who embraces change and champions culture, guiding teams with empathy, clarity, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

">
* Leading the development and implementation of HR policies, systems, and compliance processes;
* Supporting AMSANT's cultural framework and fostering a safe, inclusive workplace;
* Advising managers on employee relations, performance, EBA interpretation and risk mitigation;
* Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and succession planning;
* Overseeing employee data, HR systems, and recordkeeping;
* Ensuring AMSANT's compliance with Fair Work, WHS, industrial relations, and insurance matters;
* Managing industrial relation matters, workplace issues, and complex HR cases;
* Providing training, coaching, and support to managers and staff across departments.

Requirements:

">
* At least 4 years of generalist HR experience;
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and employee relations;
* Strong analytical skills to interpret and communicate HR data and compliance obligations;
* Demonstrated experience coaching managers through industrial relations and HR best practice;
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in multicultural environments;
* High-level planning and organisational skills to manage HR systems and processes;
* Experience with HRIS and workforce planning.

* Earn a competitive salary circa $125,485.11 - $140,777.72 PLUS Super;
