This is not your typical Facilities role.
We're looking for a driven and proactive Retail Duty Manager / Assistant Facilities Manager to join a brand-new premium retail centre in Western Sydney. Working a Thursday to Monday roster, you'll enjoy quieter mid-week days off while playing a key, hands‐on role in site operations.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new asset from day one — ideal for someone from a security or operational background looking to step into Facilities Management and build a long‐term career with a global leader.
Snapshot of your day
* Deliver a high standard of service by driving tenant satisfaction, engagement and KPI performance
* Support day‐to‐day site operations, ensuring smooth functionality through proactive monitoring and issue resolution
* Manage contractors and building services to ensure quality, compliance and efficient delivery
* Maintain strong compliance across WHS, risk, maintenance schedules and operational procedures
* Assist with budgeting, reporting, sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement across the asset
Strengths and background required
* Previous experience in facilities or security will be highly regarded
* Demonstrated customer service experience, a strong work ethic and a positive approach
* Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
* Demonstrated initiative with the ability to problem solve
* Strong time management skills
