They needed more, and knew that people with disability could have more independence, choice and control in their lives. The Hireup purpose was born, and now we strive to enable the pursuit of a good life for everyone.

What You'll Do - Change & Organisational Development Lead

(18 Month Fixed-Term Contract | Part-Time 3-4 days a week)

This newly created Change and Organisational Development Lead position plays a pivotal role in designing and embedding long‐term change at Hireup, focused on lifting organisational effectiveness and performance.

The role partners with senior leaders to diagnose organisational challenges, shape practical solutions and lead the delivery of initiatives that improve how we work every day.

* Diagnose organisational challenges - Partner with senior leaders and your People and Culture colleagues to understand current challenges, provide recommendations, and shape solutions that promote enablement, performance and growth
* Plan, design and deliver long‐term behaviour change initiatives - Focussed on uplifting everyday ways of working across the organisation and teams (including consultation, design, frameworks, tools, listening loops)
* Delivery of Hireup's performance cycle - Including twice‐yearly performance evaluations, goal‐setting processes and growth conversations
* Contribute to solutions to address organisational‐wide learning needs - Make recommendations, contribute to business case development and/or design of learning solutions that address Hireup's capability gaps and support long‐term organisational effectiveness and strategic direction
* Continuous improvements - Maintenance and continuous improvement of Hireup's frameworks, employee experience processes and tooling (identifying new features, improvements or integrations)
Your Background
* Experience: Extensive (5+ years) experience in organisational development, change management or people and performance focused program delivery
* Stakeholder Management: Comfortable challenging senior leaders and influencing upwards, asking the hard questions to drive better outcomes
* Diagnose and Deliver: Skilled in diagnosing organisational challenges, balancing diverse needs, and designing practical, scalable solutions that support strategic priorities
* Performance Cycles: Experienced in leading, designing and delivering organisational cycles such as employee engagement and performance
* Communication: Strong communication skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences
