Chief Operating Officer – Family Office / Private Investment Firm
An ambitious founder is building a high-growth private investment firm with a current portfolio spanning technology, commercial real estate, and other emerging opportunities. Already a nine-figure business, the vision is bold: to scale into a ten-figure organisation within the next decade.
We're looking for a dynamic COO to join as one of the very first senior hires, working directly with the Founder. This is an opportunity to help shape strategy, operations, and culture from the ground up.

Location: Flexible – can be based anywhere in Australia.
The base pay range for this role is A$200,000.00/yr - A$250,000.00/yr, provided by BlueWave Talent. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
