About the Role:
· Work with fibreglass & carbon fibre manufacturing for the mining industry across QLD & NSW—help craft high-quality, industry-leading products.
· Casual role with full-time potential Start with 38 hours per week, with the opportunity to secure a permanent spot after 3 months.
· Work-life balance? We've got it covered Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:30PM, Friday 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Yep, your weekend starts early).
· Get hands-on with hand & power tools, assist with fabrication, and help keep the workshop running smoothly & safely.
· Meet daily production targets as a team, keeping safe clean work areas for continuous improvements.
· Assisting in mould setup, cutting, grinding, sanding, assembly, preparing, laminating and finishing fibreglass parts and products.
