Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our business. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for building new client relationships and driving the onboarding of new property portfolios.

Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, you will have direct accountability for:

* Establishing strong relationships with clients and colleagues to create a sales pipeline
* Delivering persuasive sales presentations and new business proposals to support the conversion of new business
* Promoting our management services to body corporate schemes
* Demonstrating creativity and innovation in engaging with and attracting potential clients
* Negotiating terms and contracts with new clients
* Working closely with Branch Managers to increase business opportunities
* Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
* Developing and implementing sales plans and actions to meet and exceed sales budgets
* Staying connected with branch personnel through regular meetings and feedback sessions
* Ensuring accurate updates in our Sales CRM to guarantee a transparent and efficient sales experience.

In this autonomous role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional time management skills, develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues, work across multiple systems and software, and take ownership of your admin tasks.

Our team values loyalty, support, and integrity, and we prioritize enhancing and strengthening our relationships through daily virtual check-ins.

About You

We are seeking a motivated professional with a proven track record in sales, who possesses outstanding prospecting skills, negotiation skills, and persuasive ability in a complex sales environment. The ideal candidate will have

* Minimum 3 years of sales experience, including outstanding results in prospecting, negotiation, and persuasion
* Experience in engaging clients to obtain referrals and new business
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving targets
* Strong relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to travel when required
