About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio, with support from full time administration and leasing teams. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a residential portfolio with multiple full time support staff
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Managing maintenance requests
* Arrears management and tribunal preparation/attendance if required
* Ensuring compliance with current Victorian legislation
* Providing exceptional customer service at all times
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience as a Property Manager (minimum 2+ years preferred)
* Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (VIC)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach
* Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously
* Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
* Valid driver’s licence
