Ray White Malan + Co is seeking a high performing Property Management Business Development Manager to join our growing business across the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales.
This role is suited to an experienced BDM who values strong systems, clear expectations, and a business that genuinely recognises performance. We are in a strong growth phase and are looking for someone who wants to contribute at a high level, bring new ideas to the table, and deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through to onboarding.

The Role
As our Property Management Business Development Manager, you will:
* Drive new property management growth
* Conduct professional appraisals and listing presentations
* Convert leads into long term managements
* Be rewarded fairly for every lead you generate
* Work closely with the Property Management and Sales team to ensure seamless handovers and strong client outcomes
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail across agreements and onboarding
* Represent the Ray White Malan + Co brand with confidence and professionalism
As we continue to scale, we are committed to evolving our systems and support structures, including administrative and contract preparation support, allowing you to remain focused on growth and conversion.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Have a minimum of 12 months’ experience in property management or business development
* Hold a current Queensland Real Estate Licence (minimum requirement)
* Be willing and motivated to obtain your NSW Real Estate Licence to operate across both states
* Be confident and organised
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Value collaboration and teamwork
* Be driven by results and motivated by fair, uncapped reward
