About the Role
Work closely with the Practice Manager to support daily clinic operations, administrative and financial processes, and lead the reception team as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Practice Manager with total clinic operations and administrative systems.
* Assist in onboarding, training, and supporting new staff.
* Manage communications with clients, staff and suppliers.
* Support billing processes, including third‐party claims.
* Assist with tracking business performance and activities.
* Provide guidance and support to administration staff.
* Step into reception duties to ensure smooth clinic flow when required.
* Perform other support or coverage duties as needed.
About You
Experienced Senior Administrator, ideally with a background in Allied Health, who is organised, proactive, and confident taking initiative in a fast‐paced environment. You remain calm under pressure, juggle competing priorities with ease, and bring a strong customer‐service mindset and work ethic to everything you do.

* Previous experience in a senior administration or operations role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and customer‐service skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
* Confidence supporting systems, processes and people.
* A positive, solutions‐focused, team‐oriented approach.
* Natural leadership ability who enjoys working in a close‐knit, high‐performing team.
