Role Overview
A pivotal leadership position has become available at a pioneering company in renewable energy, driving innovation in solar and storage systems.
As the organization expands its operations, this role will play a crucial part in translating strategic vision into operational excellence.
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will work closely with the CEO to:
* Lead day-to-day operations and design scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure to support growth.
* Partner with heads of Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure operational alignment across the business.
* Oversee the successful delivery of services to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Support financial planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and performance monitoring in collaboration with the CFO or finance function.
* Help shape company culture and manage people operations, ensuring the team scales sustainably and remains high-performing.
* Translate strategic priorities into execution plans, ensuring the right KPIs, accountability, and reporting frameworks are in place.
