About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our growing Customer Service team in Brisbane.
In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for our clients – handling bookings, providing pricing and service options, and keeping customers informed with timely order updates. More than just managing transactions, your goal will be to deliver a standout customer experience, build lasting relationships, and help drive customer loyalty.
A major part of your responsibilities will involve monitoring the status of customer orders, maintaining accurate data in our CargoWise system, and proactively communicating any exceptions or delays. This is also a customer-facing role.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for helping customers.
Who we're looking for:
If you have at least 12 months of experience in freight forwarding, we'd love to hear from you. Familiarity with CargoWise or similar logistics software is a plus, but not essential.
