Salary range: $ to $ p.f. (HP3)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

About your opportunity
The Oral Health Therapist will provide high quality Oral Health Therapy services within the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS), at fixed and mobile dental clinics to eligible clients of the Oral Health Program, as an active member of a multidisciplinary team. They will promote oral health at an individual, community, and population level within the THHS of Queensland Health.
Requirements:
This position requires the incumbent to possess a minimum Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy or relevant equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
Appointment to this position requires possession of an appropriate Use License issued under the Queensland Radiation Safety Act 1999.
Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be provided prior to the commencement of duty.
Working across different clinics in the Townsville region is a requirement of this role.
This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
