Rehabilitation Consultant Job Description
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Rehabilitation team as a key member in empowering individuals to thrive and recover from injuries or illnesses.
This role will be based in a flexible hybrid working environment, allowing for a mix of on-site, in-office, and remote work. Our team works collaboratively with clients to provide best-in-industry workplace rehabilitation, injury management, and wellbeing services across various personal injury schemes.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through their rehabilitation journey, providing innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.
We will rely on your skills and expertise to:
* Actively manage client portfolios with dedication and care
* Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
* Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments to identify the most effective recovery paths

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist
* Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, or RCAA
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle or equivalent perks
