Job Title: Business Partnering Specialist
As a specialist in human resources business partnering, you will collaborate with employees and leaders to deliver impactful people initiatives aligned with business strategy.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate and timely advice and support for leaders to ensure compliance with company, legislative, and statutory requirements.
* Cultivate partnerships with leaders in performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance resolution.
* Promote initiatives that enhance attraction and retention through engagement with key stakeholders.
* Collaborate with site management teams on delivering key HR initiatives.
* Support People & Capability initiatives across the site, including diversity, inclusion, and health and wellbeing.
This is a true generalist position offering autonomy within a collaborative team. Work patterns include 4 days on/3 days off, allowing more time at home.
About You
* You should have several years of experience in an operations-based HR role.
* Generalist experience in all HR areas: industrial relations, organisational development, training & development, remuneration & benefits, staffing (recruitment, selection, placement).
* Experience within the mining or related industry is advantageous.
* Relevant degree or qualification in HR or related discipline.
* Permanent work rights in Australia.
* A current C-class Manual Driver's Licence.
* The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
