Core Responsibilities of the Performance Manager
Manage the strategy, execution, support, and performance of search and social campaigns across your portfolio of clients. Ensuring all campaigns are delivered to the high standards and aligned with client performance goals.
Develop a thorough understanding of your client's overall business and their main objectives. Collaborate with the wider client teams to achieve overarching media objectives.
Provide strategy, best practices, and manage day to day needs of clients and supporting junior members of the performance team.
Manage your own workflow and responses to ensure agreed deadlines are met, and we are aligning with specific service level agreements.
Provide comprehensive and articulate reporting to illustrate performance insights around current and future growth opportunities to clients.
Understanding of search management platforms is favourable, particularly hands on experience in Search Ads 360.
Be the key player in kick-off meetings, WIP meetings, client relationship management, campaign optimisation, and quarterly business planning.
Ability to develop strong relationships with all internal and external clients and partners.
Core Skills & Experience
You will have 4+ years' hands-on experience in a Search/Social specialist role.
Strong hands-on knowledge and experience across the following advertising and analytics platforms; Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, TikTok, Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Experience across all Paid Search ad formats & features, Performance Max, Responsive Search Ads, YouTube & Tracking.
Experience across all Paid Social ad formats & features, Advantage+ on Meta with Product Catalogues, Events Manager & Tracking.
Experience with Bid Management tools, i.e., Search Ads 360 preferred.Motivated self-starter and able to deliver positive outcomes.
A high attention to detail with good organisational and project management skills.
Able to work independently and autonomously on projects as and when required. Time management and organisational skills
To be a team player, with a can-do attitude and the ability to collaborate with entire team.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
