THE POSITION
- Assist front of house Barista & Cafe service in food production areas
- Help maintain cleanliness and organisation front of house
- Support with kitchen duties during peak hours
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for customer transactions
- Serve food and beverages to customers including Barista made coffees
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
- Good communication skills with a team-first mentality
THE PERSON
- Good communication skills with a team-first mentality
- Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi-task
- Previous Catering Assistant experience preferred
- 1 year barista experience -400+ Coffees daily made
- Baseline Security Clearance
- Be reliable, well-organised and full of passion for what you do
- Team player and able to work autonomously
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Physically fit and reliable
- National Police Clearance
