We are currently seeking a Production Worker to join our factory team and assist with the manufacturing of water- and solvent-based paint products.
About the Role
This is a practical, hands-on position involving day-to-day production tasks within our manufacturing facility. You'll work as part of a small team to ensure products are made, packed, and prepared efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with paint production and batching
* Filling, labelling, and packing finished products
* Cleaning tanks, equipment, and production areas
* Handling raw materials and finished goods
* Following safety procedures and work instructions
* General factory and warehouse duties as required
About You
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
* Good attention to detail
* Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
* Works well independently and in a team environment
* Previous manufacturing or factory experience preferred but not essential
* Forklift licence is advantageous but not required
