Our client is a reputable Car Rental and Insurance provider, seeking an Operational/Logistical whiz with a passion for customer service and people management.
The role involves overseeing 5 experienced direct reports across various branches to support their success with training and mentorships, ensuring vehicle utilisation, minimising vehicle off-road time, and maintaining strong NPS scores.
Based out of Brisbane, you'll predominantly be working on supporting locations and will be supplied with a vehicle for any necessary work travel.

The Role:
* Oversee 5 branch locations
* Lead and mentor Branch Managers to achieve their KPIs and personal goals
* Manage key stakeholder relationships
* Oversee vehicle logistics with a focus on fleet utilisation and off-road turnarounds
* Take ownership of your territory NPS scores and work towards constant improvement
About You:
* Prior experience with fleet management (desired but not essential)
* Past leadership experience (essential)
* Logistical/operational mindset
* Cooking and development leadership style
* Customer satisfaction obsessed
