Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Senior Advisor.
* Develop and execute stakeholder and community engagement strategies to foster trust and reputation.
* Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events that showcase our commitment to the Territory.
* Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with Traditional Owners, Indigenous organisations, community groups, government and industry partners.
* Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on community engagement risks, opportunities and best practices.
* Design and develop communication materials for internal and external audiences, ensuring transparency and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proven experience in stakeholder and community engagement, ideally within mining, infrastructure, government or related sectors.
* Strong capability in event management and sponsorship delivery.
* Excellent planning, organisation and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capability.
* The ability to navigate sensitive and complex issues with diplomacy, cultural awareness and integrity.
* Demonstrated experience working with Traditional Owners and Indigenous communities.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, community engagement or similar.
