About the opportunity
Join Charter Hall's Technology team as an IT Service Delivery Analyst and play a key role in supporting our people across state offices and regional locations. You'll be part of a team of technology experts dedicated to delivering frictionless, engaging, and human-centered experiences, while continuously improving our technology processes in a diverse and inclusive environment.
In this role, you'll help drive process efficiencies, support business outcomes, and ensure our people, vendors, and partners have the best possible technology experience.
What you'll be doing
Right from the start, you'll do great work with us. In this role, you'll:
* Empower employees through IT learning & development, helping them get the most out of their tools.
* Monitor and respond to IT events, acting quickly to prevent lost productivity or friction.
* Provide a frictionless IT Service Desk experience for technology issues and new requests.
* Proactively manage IT governance, risk, and compliance, enforcing controls and meeting legal requirements.
* Partner with Charter Hall business units to deliver key technology operations and new outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (IT team, all Charter Hall areas) and external partners (e.g., Telstra, Ricoh, Logicalis, Secure Agility, Service Line Solutions, ServiceNow).
* Identify and resolve incidents and requests across a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Adapt to rapidly changing technologies and support a wide range of stakeholders.
Your point of difference – What you'll bring to the team
* Experience partnering with 3rd party vendors and IT service providers.
* Solid understanding of core ITIL processes (ITIL certification preferred).
* Demonstrated ability to drive a strong customer focus and "Culture of Service" within IT teams.
* Track record of building stakeholder trust, with the ability to challenge positively and prioritize effectively.
* Experience using ServiceNow (highly desirable).
* Tertiary qualifications (highly desirable).
