About the Role
A highly experienced Regional Manager is required to lead a portfolio of Outside School Hours Care services across Gold Coast.
Oversight of operational and compliance performance of multiple OSHC sites, coaching, mentoring, and empowering teams to deliver high-quality care in alignment with the National Quality Framework.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop engaging programs and support services through Assessment & Rating.
* Ensure compliance, safety, and quality as Nominated Supervisor.
* Coach and develop teams, support onboarding, and grow future leaders.
* Oversee daily operations, staffing, and drive service improvements.
* Build strong relationships with schools, families, and communities.
About You
A confident, resilient, and empathetic leader with a strong understanding of OSHC or early childhood education environments is required for this role.
Requirements
* Diploma (or higher) in School Age or Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
* Previous leadership experience in OSHC, early childhood, or a similar sector.
* Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place learning framework.
* Proven team coaching skills with resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.
