About You
You are likely in a Technical Manufacturing environment and love to lead and mentor others around you. Perhaps you're ready to take that leap into Management but haven't yet been provided with the right opportunity. You are a strong person and have excellent people skills – even on the bad days! You will be required to:
* Work closely with sales, estimating and ordering to ensure that not one stone is left unturned for high-volume, incoming orders
* Prepare production documentation from quotes and estimates and trigger the system to ensure that all outsourced items are ordered within strict timeframes
* Make contact with customers to communicate the status of orders, as well as navigate challenges related to delays
* Ensure extreme accuracy in product ordering, using high attention to detail and excellent customer delivery skills
* Work collaboratively with customers and suppliers and ensure that communication is clear, transparent and inline with customer order deadlines
* Lead a small team of 2-3 experienced production coordinators and influence positive outcomes for all
Other Details
The position is on-site in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide. Remuneration starts at $90K + Super and for the right leader, further investments will be made such as mentoring, training and career development by a highly influential and well known leadership team.
