Site Administrator

**Duration**:
3 to 6 months
FIFO from Brisbane, Rockhampton, or Mackay
**Roster**:
2 weeks on, 1 week off
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all administrative functions to support smooth operations at the mining site.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for site personnel.
- Assist with payroll processing, timesheet management, and expense claims.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Support procurement activities by processing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
- Provide administrative support to site managers and supervisors as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Site Administrator or similar role in the mining or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with administrative systems and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
