**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Oncology Day Unit at a rural referral hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Providing safe and effective oncology nursing care tailored to individual needs.
* Supporting patients and families through complex treatment pathways and emotional moments.
* Making appropriate referrals to ensure continuity of care and a smooth discharge process.
* Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.
* Responding to clinical changes and providing mentoring to junior nursing staff and students.
**Requirements:
* Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
