Responsibilities
* Accountable for generating new orders by planning and executing sales transactions, which address and provide solutions for business system's needs.
* Responsible for primary outside sales and relationship interface for assigned accounts, as well as developing new accounts.
* Sell Quicktron mobile robots, solutions, and services to include engineering, installation, commissioning, and aftermarket services into assigned areas / accounts.
* Achieve sales quotas by selling to new and existing customers.
* Manage large accounts, specialized accounts, partners, and 3rd parties.
* Maintain and increase market share within region and assigned accounts.
* Follow-up on qualified leads, perform marketing activities, determine configurations, develop proposals with Solution Engineers and maintain frequent customer visits.
* Compile all relevant data to determine the exact nature of the customer's business needs and develop solutions utilizing internal resources.
* Serve as primary interface for assigned customers.
* Drive account development, assist with sales plans and forecasting.
* Utilize CRM tools, maintain orders opportunity databases, develop needs assessments, and distribute appropriate documentation to team members for cost estimates, contract preparation process, etc.
Job Requirements
* Established experience with the logistics and automation industry, strong advantage for candidate with experience in mobile robotics and fulfillment solution.
* Experience working within a consultative sales process especially with solution offers.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with, and influence customers regarding major sales campaigns.
* Ability to coordinate several opportunities and projects simultaneously.
* Effective problem identification and resolution skills.
* Enjoy working in intercultural environment.
* Proven analytical and organizational capabilities.
