About The Role
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time permanent role, based in our Perth city office.
Reporting into the HSEQ Manager you will be combining targeted Health, Safety and Environment administration with general administration duties.
You will assist in supporting smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to the broader success of the business. If you possess a high level of attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to manage competing priorities with ease - this role is for you
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the HSEQ Manager, including data entry, tender submission, risk assessments, and procedure development.
* Oversee the maintenance of the PPS training database.
* Assist in preparing and distributing HSEQ reports and meeting minutes.
* Support inductions and HSEQ-related training for new starters and contractors.
* Monitor in-house safety logs and action points from HSEQ meetings.
* Assist with sub-contractor paperwork and communication prior to works.
* Participate in administrative tasks across support staff and business units
* Provide user support for SharePoint, MYOSH and IT systems
* Ensure document control is maintained and complied with
* Assist with audit preparation
* Follow up with team leads to support document updates and rollouts
* Maintain effective filing and storage practices across business units (excluding IMS folder)
* Assisting with day-to-day office operations
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar business support role
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and cloud-based systems, including MYOSH and IVMS
* Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
* Able to work both independently and as part of a broader team
* Flexible and responsive to changing business needs
