Skills & Experience
* Certificate III+ in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
* Minimum 6 months full-time experience in SIL or community care
* Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Valid AUS Driver’s Licence and willingness to transport participants
* Flexibility and reliability to work across days, evenings, nights and weekends
* Skills in personal care, community access and daily living support
* Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
