Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily bar operations including service, staffing, and stock control
• Lead, train, and develop bar staff
• Manage beverage ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships
• Monitor labour costs, sales performance, and margins
• Ensure compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, and Club policies
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-presented bar environment
• Support functions, events, and peak trading periods
About You
• Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or senior bar lead.
• Strong knowledge of beverage operations and stock management
• Current RSA (essential)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in clubs, hotels, or licensed venues (highly regarded)
• Minimum 3+ years of bar supervisor or senior bar lead experience required
