We are seeking a dynamic and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Retail Assistant Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores, promoting sales growth, and implementing best practices to ensure our retail footprint remains sustainable.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
