Key Responsibilities
* Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels and body components.
* Straighten panels and remove dents using hand and power tools.
* Perform welding, metal fabrication, and structural repairs.
* Sand, apply filler, and prepare surfaces for painting.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and repair manuals.
* Maintain workshop safety and adhere to quality standards.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
* Education: Diploma or Graduation
* Experience: 7–10 years in panel beating, vehicle body repair, or metal fabrication.
* Skills & Expertise:
o Panel straightening, dent removal, and welding (MIG/TIG/Spot)
o Sanding, filler application, and finishing work
o Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
o Strong attention to quality and safety standards
o English Skills: IELTS overall 5.0 (no band below 4.5) or strong spoken English with readiness to take IELTS after shortlisting.
o Trade Certification: Must hold or obtain a TRA Trade Certificate .
